LuAnne Johnson began teaching Business at Thurston High School in 2007. She comes from the Hospitality and Tourism industry where she worked for over 15 years. LuAnne held many positions during her career including; Director of Catering, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing. She received a Career Achievement Award from the Convention and Visitors Association of Lane County in 2005 when she announced her desire to enter education. LuAnne has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She also has a Masters of Teaching degree.
