Attention Boys lacrosse:  All boys lacrosse players will have a brief meeting in room 133 today at 11:30.

A huge congratulations goes out to the Cabaret for an outstanding performance at the state dance championships last weekend. Seniors Laraine Clawson and Leah Thompson were chosen for the All-State team and Elizabeth Thompson, Leah Thomson and Stephanie Roberson received academic dance team scholarships. Nice work ladies! 

Quick question… do you know what program has won the most championships at Thurston High? If you answered Cheerleading then you are correct. Come find out about our spring tryouts on Thursday April 6 at 7pm in the Library, or stop by Mr Underwood’s for more info.

Yo Dodgeballers, lets save some babies!! After we return from spring break we will be having our 17th Annual Dodgeball Tournament on April 6th at 7:00. It’s the last day of school for that week. Team packets and forms are available in the main office. It’s $5.00 per person. Team themes and costumes are encouraged. Mr. Cardwell will be on team Pink Tutu, so naturally he will be sporting a pink tutu!

Attention Freshman thru Juniors if your interested in joining peer group come the library on Thursday April 13th for a lunch info meeting.

Our annual THS pageant will be on Saturday, April 8th at 7PM.  Tickets are on sale now for $10 find a contestant to purchase your ticket and witch this production from the world of Seuss!  All money from the pageant goes to benefit Children’s Miracle Network and our local NICU so come save the babies

Students from Miss Dorie’s Semester 1 Sculpture class has ceramic pieces in the “Fired Cabinet” in the Art Room. Please pick up your art during lunch or after school today.

ATTENTION AP Students – The deadline to pay for your AP exam is TODAY, Friday, March 24th. You can pay on-line or with Mrs. Murray in student services. The cost of the exam is $65. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Macemon in the counseling office.

Attention, seniors who have sent in a photo and quote to the yearbook. The pages with these pictures are posted in room 140; please come by outside of class time, to double-check your photo and quote, if you want to verify that we have received them.


Students if you are interested on attending Hands on Career Day at Lane Community stop by the career center to pick up a permission slip. We have limited spots available for students.

Seniors if you have been admitted to University of Oregon, they will be here on April 6th during 5th period. Sign up at the college center.

LCC placement testing April 5th and April 19th at noon sign up in the college center.

Pacific Oasis is hiring for intro level wild land firefighters to work this summer. You have to be 18 by this summer and the pay starts at $14 an hour. Please see Mrs. Dodds or the College and Career Center for more information.
